How Does The Semaglutide Prescription Program Work?
To participate in the Semaglutide Prescription Online Program, patients must first complete a medical questionnaire. How do I self-administer the GLP-1 Injection?
Wegovy, Ozempic, and Tirzepatide are subcutaneous injections that can be administered in your thigh, abdomen, or back of the upper arm. The most common injection site is around the belly button. Will my insurance cover the medication?
Insurance coverage for semaglutide can vary depending on the specific insurance plan and the individual’s coverage. It’s always a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see if semaglutide is covered and what out-of-pocket costs you may incur. Some insurances require a prior authorization, which we would complete on your behalf. Once approved, many plans cover prescriptions with low or no co-payment required at the pharmacy.
What if my insurance doesn't cover the medication?
If for some reason your insurance will not cover the cost of your medication, you’ll have the option to either pay for the medication out of pocket (typically $900–$1,600/month, depending on the medication), switch to the compound semaglutide plan (you will receive a credit), or cancel your membership. Given the cost of initial diagnostics, ongoing provider support, and insurance assistance, we cannot offer refunds for previously incurred monthly membership fees.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you are deemed medically ineligible for treatment, or if our provider determines that semaglutide is not suitable for you based on your questionnaire, we will issue a full refund.
However, our fee is non-refundable otherwise. We will do our best to assist you if your insurance does not cover the medication cost. If enrolled in the Semaglutide Prescription program, you may cancel your subscription up to 10 days before your next payment is due. You may cancel your subscription if enrolled in the Compound Semaglutide program. You need to cancel 30 days before your next payment is due.
